                             RESOLUTION NO.   19999 
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
                   EASEMENTS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SEWER
                   FORCE MAIN AND RIVERBANK STABILIZATION
                   PROJECT FROM THE CHATTANOOGA GOLF AND
                   COUNTRY CLUB FOR A CONSIDERATION OF FOUR
                   HUNDRED THIRTY-FOUR THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED
                   FIFTY AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($434,250.00), AND
                   AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ANY AND ALL
                   DOCUMENTS RELATING THERETO.

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of easements for the construction of a sewer force main
       and riverbank stabilization project from the Chattanooga Golf and 

       Country Club for a consideration of $434,250.00, and that the
       Mayor be and is hereby authorized to execute any and all 
documents
       relating thereto.
